From concept to finished piece — a transparent look at how we produce your jewelry order to the highest quality standards.
Our Bangkok facility houses a team of skilled artisans and engineers who combine traditional Thai craftsmanship with modern precision manufacturing. Every piece passes through a rigorous multi-stage process before it reaches your customers.
Every order begins with design review. Our engineering team works with your sketches, CAD files, or sample pieces to develop a precise prototype. We use 3D modeling software to simulate the finished piece and catch issues before production begins.
Prototypes are presented for buyer approval before proceeding to production tooling. We also offer an in-house design service for buyers who want custom designs developed from scratch.
For electroforming, we create precise wax or resin mandrels (cores) that define the final shape. For casting, we produce high-quality metal or rubber molds using our in-house tooling workshop. Mold accuracy directly determines piece consistency across your entire order.
Our tooling team has over 20 years of experience in jewelry mold making and maintains tight dimensional tolerances for repeatable, consistent results.
Electroforming is an electrochemical process that deposits metal atom-by-atom onto a conductive mandrel. We use tightly controlled electrolyte baths to achieve uniform silver or gold deposition. The mandrel is then removed, leaving a hollow, lightweight metal shell with exceptional surface detail.
Our proprietary process parameters deliver consistent wall thickness, smooth internal and external surfaces, and superior strength-to-weight ratio — key qualities for premium jewelry pieces.
Our casting division uses the lost-wax casting method for solid gold, silver, and brass pieces. Wax models are invested in ceramic shell, burned out in a kiln, and then filled with molten metal under vacuum pressure. This process ensures excellent fill rate and minimal porosity.
After casting, pieces are cut from the tree, ground, and submitted to initial quality inspection before moving to finishing.
Each piece undergoes hand finishing and polishing to achieve the desired surface quality. We offer a range of finishes including high polish, brushed, matte, satin, and oxidized (antique). Plating services include rhodium, gold, and rose gold.
Our polishing team works to the exact finish specifications you provide, ensuring consistency across the full production run.
Every piece is individually inspected before packaging. Our QC team checks dimensions, weight, surface quality, plating consistency, and closure function for all jewelry with moving parts. We maintain a non-conformance rate of less than 0.5% on finished goods.
Our ISO 9001 certified QC process ensures full traceability — every production run is documented so issues can be tracked and resolved efficiently.
Approved pieces are individually bagged or boxed per your packaging specifications. We coordinate international shipping to the US and Europe via DHL, FedEx, or your preferred freight partner. All shipments include commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
Our logistics team has over two decades of export experience and can handle all customs documentation requirements for your destination country.
We believe quality is a process, not just a final check. These standards are applied throughout every production run.
Each piece is weighed and compared against approved sample. Tolerance: ±5% for electroforming, ±3% for casting.
Visual inspection under magnification for pits, scratches, plating inconsistencies, and sharp edges. Zero defect standard on premium pieces.
Digital calipers used to verify all critical dimensions match approved prototype. Measurements logged for every production run.
All ear wires, clasps, jump rings, and closures are function-tested. Ear post pull-strength tested to exceed 2kg minimum.
XRF testing used to verify metal purity. Sterling silver certified at .925 minimum. Gold alloys verified to stated karat value.
Each production run has a unique batch number. All QC records kept for 3 years minimum per ISO 9001 requirements.
Our team is ready to discuss your requirements and provide a detailed quote. New orders ship in 4–6 weeks.
